Access and usage data

LLMNTS stores your Google account identifier, name, verified email, access decisions, and sign-in/visit/analysis events. Usage events include time, demo/live mode and category count, not the category text, IP address, or Gmail content. Events are retained for up to 90 days of active service; account and approval records remain until removed by the operator. Session cookies last 7 days. LLMNTS uses Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for storage, and Resend for administrator approval-request emails. Live analysis sends categories to the configured data and LLM providers. Contact LLMNTS through llmnts.ai to request access, correction or removal of your account data.

We store your Google name, verified email, approval status, and usage counts so LLMNTS can manage access. Google sign-in does not grant access to your Gmail inbox. Analysis categories are not saved in the access dashboard. Data use details.
