We knew we needed citations. Profound told us. Peec told us. Otterly told us. The problem? Nobody actually did them.
Profound, Peec and Otterly can show you where citations are missing. That's useful. But a dashboard doesn't get you cited.
If your SEO is strong, most technical AEO issues should already be solved. We check this before we start — for free.
When we were looking for citation help ourselves, one agency offered us the San Diego Zoo as a “top-tier” publisher. Great website. Wrong question.
Not another reporting layer. A service provider that takes action where the action actually matters.
We don't like agencies either. Call us a service provider.
We don't charge you to restate your problem in fancy words and colorful charts. We charge for actions.
Where demand is moving
Some clients already see more estimated demand across AI answer experiences than through traditional Google blue-link search. We map that opportunity before deciding where to focus content and citation work.

Included for our clients / Topic prioritization
We provide clients with a topic-by-topic demand map: the questions buyers ask, estimated demand across Google and AI, and the opportunities that should shape the next month's work.
The output connects your brand and communication strategy to a concrete content and citation plan. Below is an English example for online grocery shopping.
Example estimated monthly volumes for Austria, adapted from the supplied September 2026 planning slide. These nine topics are a selection, not a complete dataset; they do not sum to the platform totals. Google AI Overviews are part of Google demand, so the columns are not additive. Client deliverables use the agreed topic set, market and estimation method.
We combine demand, existing visibility, citation gaps and business relevance to agree what to create, where to publish and what to measure next.
We get your brand into the sources LLMs actually use. Not just any publishers — the publishers we'd want for our own projects. CNN in the US. Handelsblatt in Germany. The Times of Israel. The right source depends on your topic, market and the LLMs that matter.
We run your OpenAI advertising campaigns. New system. New mechanics. New learning curve. If you're not advertising yet, we'll get you started. If you are, we'll help you figure out what's actually working.
A dedicated Client Success Manager you can ask anything AI and LLM related. The ecosystem changes constantly. Staying on top of it is their job.
A monthly performance report that tells you what happened — not a weekly reminder that you have a problem.
What worked? What didn't? What did competitors do? What changed inside the LLMs? Then we decide the tasks for the next four weeks.
Measure. Learn. Act. Repeat. No 12-month strategy document gathering dust in a folder.
Good SEO gets you surprisingly far in AEO. If your technical SEO is strong, most technical AEO issues are probably already solved. If your content is strong, your on-page AEO may already be 80% of the way there.
We identify whether the content gap is real before selling content.

CITATIONS
ADS
No. They're brothers, not twins.
Good SEO gives you a significant head start. Technical accessibility, crawlability and strong on-page information matter to both. But AEO adds a different external layer: the sources AI systems rely on when they construct answers.
A backlink is a hyperlink from one website to another. In SEO, the link itself can be a signal.
With LLM citations, the important question is not “how many links do we have?” It's which sources does the LLM actually rely on for the questions our customers ask?
Tools can help identify those sources. You can even build your own Claude Skill to analyze them. Knowing where you need to be isn't our superpower. Getting you there is.
And citations don't sit still. The sources used in AI answers can change quickly, which is why citation work has to stay current rather than being treated as a one-off link campaign.
AEO — Answer Engine Optimization is the discipline of improving how a brand or its information appears in answer engines.
GEO — Generative Engine Optimization applies that objective to generative AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. In practice, the terms increasingly overlap.
Citations are one of the levers: the external sources AI systems use or reference when generating answers.
AEO / GEO = the discipline.
Citations = a lever.
AI visibility = the outcome.
We expect AI platforms to get much better at identifying manipulation. People on our team worked at Google on exactly that kind of problem: identifying websites using manipulative SEO tactics.
We build with that future in mind. We want legitimate coverage on legitimate publications where your company belongs in the conversation. CNN isn't going to publish an “AEO hack” because we ask nicely. That's precisely the point.
If you want shortcuts, LLMNTS isn't the right partner. We build things to last.
Because we have to. Our clients cross borders and languages — and the sources LLMs use cross borders too. AI answers in Germany or Hong Kong can still rely on English-language and US sources.
That means your provider needs to understand both your local market and the international source ecosystem. Even if we don't work together, choose a provider that can service you in English and your local language and market.
That's what we tried for our own projects.
The issue isn't that Google or Meta agencies are bad at advertising. It's that they manage many channels across many clients. OpenAI Ads are new, and the mechanics, data and user behavior are different. Techniques that work on established ad platforms don't automatically transfer.
We focus on this all day. We've already made the expensive mistakes on our own time, so you don't have to pay to repeat them.
No. We're happy to work with whichever measurement platform you already use, or with our own measurement process. The tool isn't the service. Execution is.
We don't sell 100-page audits as the outcome. We don't rebuild websites that don't need rebuilding. We don't create thousands of AI landing pages because a spreadsheet says we can. We don't sell links disguised as citations. And we don't promise to manipulate ChatGPT.
We find the gaps that matter and execute against them.
Before we start, we do due diligence on you too. Are we aligned on timing, budget, resources and goals? Do we agree on what success looks like? Do we click as a team?
We only want to start engagements that are set up to succeed. If we're not the right fit, we'd rather tell you before you spend a dollar.
Start with the gaps. Pay for the actions that actually add value.
